Gentle energy work for when life feels heavy, loud, or overwhelming.
If you’re feeling burnt out, emotionally drained, stuck in stress mode, or just not quite yourself, Reiki can offer a calm pause.
Not to “fix” you. Not to bypass what you’re feeling.
Just space to soften, breathe, and let your nervous system settle.
I offer Reiki in a grounded, realistic way. No pressure to feel anything. No expectations to be spiritual. You simply arrive as you are.
What Reiki is
Reiki is a gentle, complementary therapy that many people find deeply relaxing and grounding.
During a session, energy is offered through light touch or hands hovering above the body, supporting your system to come out of fight-or-flight and into rest.
People often describe feeling:
- calmer
- lighter
- emotionally steadier
- more relaxed in their body
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some feel warmth or tingles, some feel emotional release, and some simply feel rested. All of it is valid.
What a session with me is like
Before we begin, we’ll have a short check-in so I understand how you’re feeling and what you need that day.
You’ll remain fully clothed and comfortable throughout. Sessions are calm, unhurried, and adapted to you.
If touch doesn’t feel right, hands can hover. If you need to move, we adapt. This is not a “lie still at all costs” situation.
During the session, we’ll take a moment to ground, so you’re not sent back into the world feeling floaty or rushed.

Session options
🌙 Reiki Session – 60 minutes (£30)
This is my standard offering and is ideal if you want time to properly settle, receive, and ground.
Best suited for:
- first-time Reiki clients
- ongoing stress or burnout
- emotional overwhelm
- those who want a deeper, slower session
🌿 Reiki Session – 30 minutes (£15)
A shorter, supportive option for people who find longer sessions uncomfortable.
Best suited for:
- those who struggle to lie still or settle
- pain, fatigue, or sensory overwhelm
- gentle top-ups or very sensitive nervous systems
Both sessions are offered with the same care and intention. The length simply supports what your body can manage.
Is Reiki right for you?
Reiki can be especially supportive if you:
- feel constantly “on edge”
- struggle to fully relax
- feel emotionally heavy or drained
- are sensitive to stress or other people’s energy
You do not need to believe in Reiki for it to be helpful.
You also don’t need to have the “right words” to explain how you feel.
