Amanda – Owner, Founder, Crystal Picker, Packer-in-PJs & Customer Care

Hi, I’m Amanda — the heart behind Amanda’s Zen Den 🤍
I’m a wife, a mum to two amazing boys, and someone who found healing when I needed it most. My family is at the center of everything I do, and this space was created from lived experience, not just ideas.

Nine years ago, I lost my career due to Fibromyalgia. During that time, I tried to find my way through different paths, but nothing truly aligned. Then crystals and Reiki entered my life at my lowest point — and everything changed.

After my very first Reiki session, I knew this wasn’t just something I wanted to receive, but something I needed to learn. Not only for my own healing, but to support others walking a similar path.

As a Life Path 7, I’m naturally drawn to the unseen, deeper truths, and meaningful self-discovery. My work isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level spirituality. It’s about real healing, grounding self-care, and finding balance in a world that can feel overwhelming.

In December 2022, I met Sharon, the founder of More Than Fibro, and I was honoured to become their recommended Reiki Therapist. I’ve been working with the charity for almost three years and look forward to introducing new therapies in 2026.

I am perfectly imperfect — no fake positivity here, just honest energy and real healing. Crystals, healing, and self-care are at the heart of everything I do. .

Photography and digital marketing aren’t my strongest skills, but I’m always learning. Some images may be stock or created, and I’m okay with that — because what matters most is the intention and energy behind everything I offer.

If you’re looking for a space rooted in authenticity, intention, and gentle support, you’re very welcome here.
Thank you for supporting my small business and being part of this journey 🤍

Running a small business alongside a chronic illness isn’t always easy, and while I do most of this myself, I wouldn’t be here without my family. My husband is constantly picking up the slack on the days I can’t, and my boys are my biggest motivation — and very often my drivers. Their support means everything 🤍
