Orders & payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers supported by WooCommerce. We do not store or have access to full payment card details.
All prices are listed in GBP (£). VAT is included where applicable.
Shipping & delivery
We ship within the UK and internationally.
Dispatch times are outlined on the website and are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on location, postal services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Amanda’s Zen Den is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance.
Custom & personalised items
Custom or personalised items are made specifically for you and are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged upon arrival, in line with consumer law.

Digital products
Where digital products are offered, they are provided for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may not be available once the item has been downloaded, unless required by law.
Reiki bookings
Reiki sessions and holistic services are offered as complementary wellbeing experiences and are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional advice.
Full booking, payment, and cancellation terms for Reiki services will be provided separately.
