What Should I Do When I Receive My Crystals?

I cleanse and Reiki charge all crystals before I send them so you are all set and ready to go however its important to cleanse and charge your crystals regularly. Some crystals can not go in water and its not advisable to expose them to direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

That is why I always recommend cleansing them with Sage, Palo Santo or even under a full moon, you can even use Selenite or an Amethyst Geode (for smaller crystals) this will release any accumulated energy while you have been using or wearing the crystal. After our crystal is clean and ready for its next use we then need to charge it.

First of all think about what you are wanting the crystal to do (your intention) e.g. If you want to love yourself a little more then grab your Rose Quartz. This will open your Heart Chakra.

Then sit and meditate or just focus on what you want your desired outcome to be and focus this on to the crystal. Wear or carry your crystal and this will remind you of the intention that you set. Then repeat the process.
